Preparation Instructions
Recommended Method (Best Flavor)
- Remove the eel from the vacuum package.
- Place under a broiler, toaster oven, air fryer, or grill.
- Heat until warmed through and the surface becomes lightly crisp and aromatic.
- Serve over hot rice and drizzle with the included kabayaki sauce.
Microwave Method
- Cut a small opening (approximately 1 cm) in the vacuum package.
- Heat at 600W for approximately 50 seconds.
- Carefully remove from the package and serve.
