Naturally brewed soy sauce crafted from Japanese whole soybeans, wheat, and sea salt provides a smooth, well-balanced foundation that allows the fresh yuzu flavour to shine.
Unlike traditional ponzu, this yuzu dashi soy sauce contains no vinegar, resulting in a rounder, more mellow flavour with exceptional depth and fragrance. Perfect as a dipping sauce for sashimi, tofu, and hot pot, or drizzled over grilled fish, meats, noodles, and vegetables.
