Flowing naturally from the mountains, this exceptional water is collected directly from its source and carefully packaged to preserve its clean, refreshing character. With its gentle taste and natural purity, Yama no Wakimizu offers a simple taste of the untouched mountain environment of Shikoku.

Product Detail:

The water emerges naturally near the mountains at an elevation of approximately 700 metres and is collected directly from the spring. Rather than being pumped, it flows naturally by gravity through approximately 2.5 km of piping to the bottling facility.

To preserve the water's natural character, it undergoes gentle low-temperature pasteurization at 62-64°C, followed by filtration, instead of conventional high-temperature treatment.

It is packaged in a specially designed light-blocking paper carton that helps protect the water from air and UV exposure, preserving its fresh, clean taste while also offering a recyclable alternative to conventional packaging.
